Saudis living in Bahrain can return home via the King Fahad Causeway starting today, it has emerged.
In a statement, the Saudi Embassy in Bahrain announced that its citizens can now travel via the causeway without a prearranged permit, but advised them to follow safety Covid-19 protocols set by Bahrain.
“The embassy would like to inform its citizens planning to travel through Bahrain International Airport that they will undergo a 10-day quarantine,” the statement added.
The causeway has been closed since March.
