Due to the plummeting of overall business owing to Covid-19, many companies are lowering their manpower requirements. Some have even sent communication to employees (who were on their holidays prior to the epidemic) along with their settlement not to return to the country.
In such cases who will take care of their personal effects lying in their houses in Bahrain? Will the company take whole responsibility to dispatch them to their home country at a later date?
