A MAN was killed in a traffic accident in Arad early yesterday morning.
According to preliminary information, the 22-year-old Bahraini was driving on Arad Street at around 2am when he lost control of his vehicle as he approached the traffic lights at the entrance to Arad and crashed.
The car and traffic lights were mangled in the accident.
Meanwhile, two young men and a Bahraini woman were injured in a separate traffic accident, in Hamad Town, yesterday.
Preliminary information about the accident, which happened at around 1pm, indicated that a young Bahraini man lost control of his car due to speeding, went over the pavement and landed in the opposite lane where he collided with a vehicle driven by a Bahraini woman.
The two of them as well as another man accompanying the young Bahraini were injured and rushed to hospital, while the cars were totally damaged.
