The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) received a total of 59 grievances in the second quarter of 2020, of which 47 were official complaints, while the remaining 12 were inquiries.
This was revealed by the chamber’s chief executive Shaker Al Shater who said that 34 grievances were resolved, while the remainder are still being processed.
He stated that the BCCI has set up a unit dedicated to redressal of grievances, with a team of professionals who work closely with relevant ministries, authorities and other bodies to resolve members’ issues and streamline their business endeavours.
