I am writing to you as a representative of a big group of mums who want to urge the Health Ministry to please exempt children, especially babies, from the mandatory PCR test upon arrival in Bahrain.
The test is absolutely unnecessary if the mother has tested negative and a horrible experience for children.
All the other GCC countries have exempted children from the mandatory testing; only Bahrain conducts tests on children.
We do not understand why and want to urge the ministry to consider changing it.
