MANAMA: Bahrain Bourse has won the Excellence in Customer Service Award via the National Suggestions and Complaints System, Tawasul, for its exceptional performance and efficient response.
BHB was one of the top 20 performing government entities that received the award during an online celebration held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister.
BHB chief executive Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa said, “Winning this award for the first time since joining Tawasul earlier this year highlights the efforts undertaken by Bahrain Bourse to ensure open communication channels with all capital market stakeholders, which further enhances the transparency and fairness in the bourse and helps meet the needs of all stakeholders in the market.”
