A woman was rescued from a broken down boat near the Khalifa Bin Salman Port yesterday. Coastguard patrols responded to a distress call that a 36-year-old woman was suffering from health issues while on a boat that had broken down near the port. She was rescued and moved to the Coastguard base in Muharraq.
She was treated en route to the hospital and according to preliminary information, her health condition is stable.
