Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani sent a cable of condolences to Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
He extended the condolences and sympathy of His Majesty King Hamad, the government and the Bahraini people to friendly Serbia over the demise of the head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Irinej, after contracting Covid-19. Dr Al Zayani praised Patriarch Irinej’s sincere efforts and dedication to consolidate the religious values and principles of the Orthodox Church, as well as promote tolerance among the divine religions and fraternity among all nations and peoples.
