Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) will today hold a session remotely via ZOOM to discuss challenges facing the real estate sector. BCCI Treasurer and Real Estate Development Society chairman Aref Ahmed Hijris will moderate the virtual session which will start at 10am. It will focus on implication of the government’s decision to impose a BD12 tax per square metre on the sector.
The participants will also discuss a study on revitalising the real estate sector in post Covid-19 era.
