THERE is a subculture of cyclists; these are the local boys who think they are riding Mustang horses, also the sub-continentals who dreamily glide all over the road, day and night, with no lights, no sense. Just a menace.
The recreational cyclists are a totally different category.
They strive for all-round road safety. Please, please, someone take an interest in what is going on.
Please persist, not just a five-day interest.
