MANAMA: Riffa Views Owners Association (RVOA) has commended the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) for developing owners’ associations and joint properties regime in Bahrain.
The announcement follows a meeting of the RVOA board led by chairman Dr Mazin Juma with Rera chief executive Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
Dr Juma was joined by the association’s board secretary Abdulhameed Juma and managing director Yasser Alraee in expressing thanks and appreciation to Shaikh Mohammed for the “tremendous efforts made by Rera in improving the owners’ associations and joint properties regime” which RVOA benefited from in its first year of operations.
During the meeting, a number of issues of common interest were discussed, including the latest developments and preparations for the next general assembly meeting of RVOA.
Shaikh Mohammed reaffirmed Rera’s support for RVOA, praising the efforts made by the board in performing its duties and adhering to the directives, instructions and decisions issued by Rera.
Dr Juma affirmed the continuation of the efforts made by the board in performing its duties and ensuring the fulfilment of its obligations in the best interest of the association, highlighting the close cooperation between Riffa Views homeowners and the board and achievements of the RVOA during the year.
