BRAVE CF 46, which takes place in Sochi on January 16 in association with Krepost Selection, will feature the return of a huge prospect and a seasoned grappler looking to elevate himself in the mixed martial arts world.
BRAVE Combat Federation has announced that both Murtaza Talha and Rustam Chsiev will be in action for BRAVE CF 46, the organisation’s inaugural trip to Russia.
Murtaza has been one of the biggest amateur MMA signing of 2020. A two-time IMMAF world champion, the Bahraini light heavyweight is touted as one of the brightest prospects in the division and has a winning pro debut at BRAVE CF 45 – he beat Vadim Litvin by second-round submission after dominating his foe throughout their encounter.
He will be joined on the fight card by middleweight Rustam Chsiev. One of the best wrestlers to transition into submission grappling, the ADCC bronze medallist will look to build on his dominating win over Tarek Suleiman in 2019 when he makes his much-anticipated return to MMA competition.
BRAVE CF 46 will be headlined by super lightweight world champion Eldar Eldarov, who makes the first defence of his crown with a yet to be named contender. Also confirmed for fight night are Russian standouts Roman Bogatov, Ali Bagautinov, and Konstantin Erokhin, as well as Issa Isakov, former lightweight world champion Luan Santiago, and Leonardo Mafra.
