His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa bid farewell to Jordan's Monarch HM Abdullah II bin Al Hussein who left Bahrain from Sakhir Airbase following a visit to the Kingdom.
King Abdullah was accompanied by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah and His Royal Highness Prince Hashem bin Abdullah.
Talks between King Hamad and King Abdullah covered deep-rooted bilateral relations and the latest regional and international developments.
Present at the farewell ceremony were His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court, Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Rami Saleh Wriekat Al Adwan, Jordan's Ambassador to Bahrain.
