I agree with these strict rules, but there are many people who don’t have enough money to pay the fine, still they struggle to pay it. I think they should fine according to the financial conditions, because mistakes are made by humans only.

I’m not saying don’t fine; if you have made a mistake you will have to pay. There are many European countries where they fine according to the salaries; if same rule is applied here it will help many people. For example, there is a common man who works for a salary of BD150, and he has a family too. If he gets fined BD20, how long will his family have to pay. We do know in what condition people are living their daily lives.
