Muscat: Temperatures dropped to zero in Al Jabal Al Akhdar and Jabal Shams, the lowest temperatures recorded in the Sultanate, according to Oman Meteorology.
"Cold weather with clear skies over most governorates of the Sultanate with chances of low-level clouds over parts of Al Wusta Governorate," a statement issued by the department said.
"The expected maximum and minimum temperature will be 23 degrees and 10 degrees in Muscat, 22 degrees and 10 in Sohar, 24 degrees and 9 degrees in Ibri and 24 degrees and 7 degrees in Nizwa."
