MANAMA: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Prime Minister, has praised Bahrain’s strategic ties with the US and Germany.
This came as he received German Ambassador Kai Thamo Boeckmann and US Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Margaret Nardi, at Riffa Palace yesterday.
The Crown Prince Prime Minister stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and co-operation.
He underscored the importance of enhancing international co-operation, in light of the exceptional circumstances presented by the global spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, to continue to support efforts aimed at eradicating the virus.
HRH Prince Salman expressed his appreciation for the mutually beneficial partnership between Bahrain, the US and Germany in combating Covid-19 and facilitating the provision of vaccines within the kingdom, “which will contribute to safeguarding the health of all”.
