A SPECIAL pop-up event is being hosted at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, the renowned dining venue at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.
A unique and specially-crafted tasting menu, elevated with local twists and flavours, aims to bring a touch of California flair to the kingdom.
Two Michelin-Star Chef Tetsu Yahagi of Wolfgang Puck Fine-Dining Group’s celebrated Beverly Hills restaurant will cook alongside award-winning regional executive chef Brian Becher.

Highlights of the dining room tasting menu will feature Camel Ricotta Cheese Sambousek and Main Lobster Pot Pie with roasted root vegetables. And, to end the evening on a sweet note, Wolfgang’s famous Apple Strudel will be served.
Other celebrations will take place at sister venues. Spago Beverly Hills bar director and 2021 US ‘bartender of the year’ Adam Fournier will appear at CUT Lounge, where guests can enjoy and sample a selection of world-class beverages.
Known as a ‘mixology magician’, Mr Fournier promises to wow the restaurant and lounge guests with special drink recipes.
Meanwhile, Chef Brian and Chef Tetsu will take the special chance to kick off a Spago bar-bites a la carte menu for the event, featuring mouth-watering tastes of lamb, smoked black cod, Japanese wagyu, lobster and more.

Taking place today and tomorrow from 7pm to 11pm, the pop-up event is priced at BD78 for the tasting menus in the restaurant and the Spago-style special menu at the lounge.
Elsewhere, it’s not too late to enjoy the final Pink October Brunch at Bahrain Bay Kitchen, in support of the annual breast cancer campaign.
Guests can savour mouth-watering dishes including smoked salmon canapés, pink pasta, roasted chicken with pink mashed potatoes, traditional strawberry cheesecake and more, while enjoying live entertainment.
The exceptional brunch officially supports Think Pink Bahrain, with all proceeds going to the Think Pink Breast Cancer Society.
The brunch will take place tomorrow from 1pm to 4pm. It is priced at BD35 including soft beverages, and BD48 including a select beverage package. Children under six years dine with the hotel’s compliments, and children ages six to 12 enjoy a 50 per cent discount.
