Abu Dhabi police has arrested the killer of the 11-year-old Azan Janjua, whose body was found on the roof top of his residential building a day after he went missing.
Abu Dhabi police say that the Pakistani worker has revealed chilling details of the incident.
They say that the accused said that he disguised himself in an abaya to lure the boy to the rooftop and sexually abused him.
Major General Maktoum Al Sharifi, director-general of Abu Dhabi Police, said the Pakistani confessed to them that he had disguised as a woman to lure the boy because he knew his parents always advised him not to go with or talk to strangers or strange men.
He then used a clothesline to strange the innocent boy to death and fled the crime scene.
Major General Maktoum Ali Al-Sharifi added that the killer was a friend of the boy’s family.
