FOOTBALL – The Gulf Football Association has decided to hold the 26th Gulf Cup between December 21 and January 3, 2025 in Kuwait, instead of
December 13-26, Kuwait News Agency reported. The new dates were announced by the Kuwaiti Football Association on its social media platform (X).
Kuwait will be hosting the Gulf Cup for the fifth time, after 1974, 1990, 2003, and 2017. Kuwait are the current record holders with 10 titles, followed by Iraq (four), Saudi Arabia and Qatar (three), Oman and the UAE (two) and Bahrain (one).
