The former chief executive of a tourism firm has won two lawsuits in which both his former employer and the Social Insurance Organisation (SIO) demanded that he pay nearly BD94,000 in unpaid insurance fees.
After the 70-year-old Bahraini executive retired, the company had been ordered to pay back 19 years’ worth of social insurance fees to the SIO, along with late fines accumulated over two decades .
