Manama: Thirty-one MPs voted in favour of constitutional amendments that could result in civilians being tried in military courts.
Parliament legislative and legal affairs committee chairman Mohammed Millad, who defended the amendment, ironically rejected the amendments saying that it didn't represent his opinion and he had to stand up for his colleagues .
