Riyadh: Five expatriates living in Saudi Arabia were diagnosed with Cholera in the province of Jazan.
“Lab tests which were conducted on the patients confirmed the initial diagnosis”, said Jazan Health Affairs Directorate.
In a statement today, it said that all the patients had recovered and discharged from the hospital after receiving the required medical treatment.
Lab tests revealed that the microbe which caused the five cholera cases was similar to the disease which broke out in Yemen.
