From Palm Islands in Dubai to an ariel shot of New York City, this pilot, who goes by the name @pilotganso on Instagram, loves uploading selfies with stunning backdrops whilst hanging out of the cockpit mid flight.
The shocking photos have stirred a debate on social media if the photos are real or fake.
While some eagle-eyed users are quick to label the photos as fakes, some other indignant users raise the issue of flight safety.
One person wrote: 'Why do you act so dangerous? You might risk falling off and endangering all the passengers!'
Another said: 'Wow... did that not scare you?'
User @latelyisunday hilariously wrote: 'This can't be real? Don't your company have policies about this kind of stuff? It just looks dangerous.'
One observant user called ioto1902 cited reasons that reveal that the images are photoshopped: 'Ship ascending northbound from nowhere. Direction of shade not matching those of houses. Winglet color (inward) not matching Fly Dubai scheme.'
And perhaps the biggest giveaway was a reflection of the airport runway's tarmac in the mischievous pilot's sunglasses.
Pilotganso has admitted that the photos are fake in previous posts.
In a more recent post, he added a disclaimer that read: 'I have to let you know that photo is fake guys, just in case.'
However, it seems that the disclaimer has not proven very effective as stunned users still comment thinking the photos are real.
