TEAM Giving beat Team Hope to finish third in the girls league of the Fifth Khalid bin Hamad Futsal League for Youth Centres, People with Disabilities and Girls at Khalifa Sports City Hall.
In the youth centres and unregistered clubs league, Jidhafs beat Buquwa 7-1 to finish third while Deaf Team edged out Bahrain Deaf Society 3-2 to claim third spot in the league for Players with Disabilities.
The finals of the all three leagues will be held on Sunday under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, first deputy president of Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and honourary president of Bahrain Sports Federation for Disabilities.

Meanwhile, a delegation of leading women in Bahrain watched some of the matches on Wednesday and praised Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa for patronising and supporting youth and sports activities in the Kingdom.
The delegation consisted of Dr Nancy Khadhouri, Shura Council Member, Dr Fatima Al Kooheji, Shura Council Member, Shaikha Hessa bint Ahmed Al Khalifa, Head of the Sports Department at University of Bahrain (UoB), Dr Hanan Al Mowla, Law Professor at UoB, Dr Jafla Al Ammari, Information Technology Professor at UoB, Dr Salwa Al-Thawadi, Life Science Professor at UoB, Dr Wafaa Janahi, Law Professor at UoB and Dr Fatima Al Maliki, Director of Training at UoB.
The delegation was received by Ali Al Arabi, director of Khalid bin Hamad Futsal League, Omar Abdulaziz Bukamal, head of Media Office of Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Shaikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, member of Bahrain Olympic Committee and head of Woman and Sports Committee.
