When a judge in the execution directorate, for whatever reason, decides that he either, will not, or cannot, execute a valid verdict issued by a brother judge in the civil court, who is responsible, if anybody, to reassign the case to another judge who will collect and satisfy the verdict in favour of the plaintiff?
Or is the case file put”under the counter” until the plaintiff can find someone to speak on his, or her, behalf to ensure that justice is done? It appears that there are many such files gathering dust in the basement of the court building.
