Kuheilaan Aafas 1708 was third and Al Jellaby 1661 fourth.
Good News, owned by Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, trained by Alan Smith and ridden by Abdulla Faisal, followed suit beating Al Aghar by two lengths to win the Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) Cup for locally bred horses carrying a cash prize of BD2,500.
Retort was third and Makramah fourth.
