A Kuwaiti national is facing legal action for turning his house into a drug farm, Al Qabas newspaper reported
An anti-narcotics squad from the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation raided his house and seized nine marijuana seedlings.
The officers also found 50 kilogrammes of marijuana seeds and special vitamins used in growing drugs.
The man was preparing to sell marijuana to a customer when the police caught him red-handed. He was referred to the public prosecution to face charges.
