More than 300,000 drivers jumped traffic lights in 2017

Kuwait City: Hundreds of thousands of drivers jumped red light over the past year in Kuwait.

According to recent statistics released by the General Directorate of Traffic, more than 300,000 people failed to stop at the red light in 2017.

The traffic directorate surveyed more than 80,000 red light violations committed by women-driven cars, reported Al Qabas.

The number of red light violations committed by company-owned vehicles topped 32,652 over the twelve months.
