Kuwait City – Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are holding talks over the neutral border zone.
Saudi Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources and Aramco chairman Khalid Al-Faleh confirmed the talks, hoping a deal would be reached in the future.
He made the statement as he attended in Vienna, Austria, a crucial OPEC meeting which agreed to raise oil supplies in the world markets by 600,000 to 800,000 barrels by day.
