MANAMA: A robust regulatory environment is critical to a strong and sustainable real estate sector, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) chief executive Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has said.
“The response to the implementation of RERA from stakeholders both locally and internationally has been overwhelmingly positive, which augurs well for the long-term health of the real estate sector in Bahrain,” said Shaikh Mohammed as he hosted a briefing with members of the Bahrain Property Developers Association (BaPDA) to update them on key issues for the sector and developers in particular .
