SEVERAL convicted terrorists were not brought into court for an appeal hearing in a high-profile case for the second consecutive day yesterday, due to a new rule stating that only assigned policemen can accompany the defendants.
On Tuesday defendants in a separate terrorism case had to wait in a police bus and never made it into the Supreme Criminal Appeals Court for their hearing .
