Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth has arrived in India. Yes, you read it right! The star is here for the shoot of the upcoming Netflix film called Dhaka. For the unversed, the film was announced earlier this month and is written by Joe Russo, one of the directors of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. The movie is set in India and Chris is starring in the same alongside actors such as Manoj Bajpayee and Randeep Hooda.
As per reports, Chris Hemsworth arrived at Ahmedabad airport on Sunday, i.e. October 28. He started the shoot from today. Currently, Chris is in Dharamshala for the ongoing Dharamshala International Film Festival. Reports suggest that the Ahmedabad schedule will be of just 10 days followed by a Mumbai schedule. In Mumbai, two locations Dharavi and Byculla have been zeroed down. Post that, the cast and crew will head to Thailand.
Also, he has expressed his wish to explore Rajasthan. This is not his maiden visit to India. Yes, the star earlier visited India in the year 2015. During the family trip, he visited Leh, Delhi,Agra and Goa. Talking about the movie, Manoj Bajpayee is the playing the role of an Indian don whose son is kidnapped and Chris' character rescues him. The action drama flick is the directorial debut of Sam Hargrave.
