BAHRAIN’S basketball fans are being called to vote on their favourite players to play in the 2018 Bahrain Basketball Association (BBA) All-Star Game, scheduled to take place during the BBA All-Star Festival on December 16 and 17.
This was announced by the BBA, who named a pool of 40 players, 24 of whom will be selected by the public to make up two teams.
The guards include Mohammed Buallay, Ahmed Hassan, Ahmed Salman, Kadhem Majed, Hussain Mohammed, Hussain Salman, Mohammed Kuwayed, Hassan Abbas, Sayed Mohammed Hameed, Hesham Sarhan, Ali Ghadeer, Nasser Al Mosawi, Hassan Helal, Sayed Hashim Habib, Hassan Al Arabi, Jassim Abul, Ahmed Aziz, Ali Jaber, Hussain Shaker, Hassan Qerashi, Bader Abdulla, Ali Abbas, Sadiq Shukrallah, Ahmed Ali, Ahmed Jamal, Ali Aqeel, Mohammed Hussain, Maytham Jameel,
The forwards include Ali Shukrallah, Ahmed Hassan, Mohammed Nasser, Mohammed Ameer, Ahmed Najaf, Subah Hussain, Abdulrahman Ghali, Mahmood Aziz.
The professional players include American Sean Williams, Kevin Rogers, Marcel Jones, Wayne Chism, Jelen Robinson, Serbian Mile Ilic and Senegalese Mansour Kasse.
The All-Star Game will be the main event of the festival on December 17.
The festival also features a three-on-three championship, a three-point shootout, a skills contest, and many other fan attractions.
