HKA, the world’s leading construction claims and dispute resolution firm, has made changes to its Middle East and Asia (MEA) leadership team.
Jad Chouman and Haroon Niazi have been newly appointed as joint heads of the MEA region. They replace David Merritt, who is leaving the position after more than 10 years. Merritt will continue to work with the company as an expert in the capacity of independent consultant.
Benjamin Highfield will continue his current role as global business development executive and will additionally assume the role of acting head of the Asia region.
Renny Borhan, HKA partner and chief executive officer, said: “I would like to congratulate our next generation of leaders on their new roles. With over 220 locally based experts and staff, HKA is by far the largest and most prominent dispute resolution business in the region. As our business continues to grow and expand, I strongly believe our new leadership team is the right choice to lead our next phase of growth in the MEA region.
“I would like to thank David for his contributions to the business and we look forward to continuing to work with him in the future,” added Borhan. - TradeArabia News Service
