Abu Dhabi: Police arrested two Asians who attempted to sell a rented Nissan Patrol in the Emirate of Ajman.
Al-Nuaimia Police Centre Chief Major Ghaith Khalifa Al-Kaabi said that the two men asked for AED140,000 for the vehicle which was in fact owned by a car rental company.
They were caught red-handed as they were receiving the money after they cut a deal with an undercover policeman who posed as a buyer, reported local Arabic daily Emarat Al Youm.
Police referred the duo to the Public Prosecution.
