Oman's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced that it will fine aircraft operators that carry passengers who have not met the country's travel requirements.
Citizens of Oman and UAE have been advised to upload their vaccination certificate to https://covid19.emushrif.om/ and present a negative PCR test conducted 14 days prior to travel between the two countries.
A circular highlighting all the requirements has been making its rounds.
