The Labour Ministry has successfully passed the first stage of the external surveillance audit (Surveillance Audit 1) for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, without any observations or non-conformities.
The audit, conducted by an accredited certification body, included a detailed review of the ministry’s policies, procedures, and operational processes to verify the effectiveness of the system in meeting international standards and ensuring continuous improvement and service quality enhancement .
