Internet search engine Google joined festivities marking Kuwait’s 58th National Day, which falls on February 25, according to Al Qabas.
The Google search engine decorated the main page's logo with a doodle bearing colours of the Kuwaiti flag.
Google also connected its web page to social media pages on Kuwait's national celebrations and other websites that included information on the topic.
Kuwait celebrated its first National Day on June 19, 1962. The date was later moved to February 25 in 1963, due to the extremely hot weather in June.
