Labour Minister and Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) chairman Jameel Humaidan has issued Decision No 4 of 2024, amending Article (6) of Decision No 3 of 2014 regarding the regulation of manpower agency licences.
The amendment requires licensed agencies to deposit BD150 per work permit issued as insurance in addition to the work permit fee .
