Three young men, including a 16-year-old, were sentenced to a year in jail for setting fire to street-light poles outside a mall after dispersing from a pro-Palestine gathering.In February, the High Criminal Court found them guilty of damaging public property and causing a threat to people’s lives, and were fined BD286 for the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) to repair the damaged poles .
