A drug abuser, who brutally assaulted his wife with a metal dumbbell, breaking both her jaws and making her lose nine of her teeth, has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
The High Criminal Court yesterday found the 34-year-old unemployed Bahraini guilty of battering his spouse and leaving her with a long-term disability .
