Dubai: The overall population of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is expected to reach 10.6 million by 2029.
British-based Fitch Solutions released a report forecasting the UAE population to grow by 8.6 per cent over the coming decade, reported Albayan.
The study expects the gender gap between males and females to narrow over the coming years.
According to the demographic report, the number of UAE females are expected to soar by 13.6% during the same period.
The ratio between males and females is also expected from 2.3 males to 1 female to 2.1 males to 1 female by 2029.
