MANAMA: Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has announced a financing offer for the beneficiaries of the social housing programme ‘Mazaya’, enabling them to buy housing units in Deerat Al Oyoun project in Diyar Al Muharraq.
The offer includes several privileges and benefits, on condition that all required documents are provided, granting them immediate approval to receive financing of up to 120 per cent of the property’s value, with a competitive profit rate and a repayment period of up to 30 years without downpayment, and zero admin and evaluation fees .
