Bolt Action has stormed to an easy victory at the Royal Ascot race.
The race, for two-year foals, covered 1,000 metres.
His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa praised Bahraini participation in European horse races after Bolt Action claimed an outstanding victory at the Leicester racecourse.
Shaikh Nasser expressed utmost delight at the win which, he said, embodied the high position of Bahrain’s equestrian sport in overseas participations and the keenness to highlight its achievements internationally.
He affirmed that this success will serve as motivation for further accomplishments and new achievements.
Shaikh Nasser also thanked trainers Fawzi Nass and Roger Varian as well as jockey David Egan for their efforts.
