HORSERACING – RASHID Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) chief executive Yusuf Buheji received a delegation from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sports in the presence of a number of club officials.
The Saudi delegation toured the facilities and installations of REHC, where they were briefed on the club’s future plans and projects. They also discussed ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in developing sports projects and facilities between the two countries.
Buheji emphasised the club’s commitment to strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise with sports institutions in Saudi Arabia, noting that the visit represents an important step toward a strategic partnership that supports the development of the sports sector in both countries and aligns with the ambitious visions of the two leaderships to achieve sustainable integration.”
Welcoming the delegation, he stressed that the visit comes within the framework of ongoing meetings between officials from the two countries in various fields, including the sports sector.
The Saudi delegation praised the remarkable development witnessed by Bahrain in the field of horseracing, noting that it has become a prominent destination for hosting international championships and races.
