The cornerstone of a housing project funded by Kuwait to assist displaced families in Yemen's Marib Province was laid on Saturday.
Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Mawadhi laid the cornerstone for the project and expressed deep appreciation and gratitude for Kuwait’s role in relief and development projects, Kuna reported.
The project, which consists of 60 housing units, is funded by the Kuwaiti Mansour Al-Khulaifi Endowment and supervised over by Tanmia Charity.
