The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) said it is supporting the employment and career development of 36 Bahraini nationals at Sarens Nass Middle East, a Bahrain-based provider of crane services, heavy lifting, and transport solutions.
The initiative aligns with Tamkeen’s 2025 strategic priorities, which include boosting the competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector and equipping them with relevant skills.
Tamkeen’s chief growth officer Khalid Al Bayat highlighted Sarens Nass Middle East’s consistent use of Tamkeen’s programmes since 2017 for hiring, training, and rewarding Bahraini employees. He reiterated the organisation’s commitment to supporting Bahraini companies that prioritise local talent.
Al Hanoof Nass, regional director at Sarens Nass Middle East, noted the company’s active participation in Tamkeen’s programmes since 2017, leading to Bahraini nationals making up 78 per cent of their workforce.
She emphasised the company’s focus on developing Bahraini technical skills to meet market demands, calling human capital investment “fundamental to the growth and sustainability of the private sector.”
Sarens Nass Middle East, a 2003 joint venture between Bahrain’s Nass Group and Belgium’s Sarens NV, offers integrated crane, heavy lifting, and transportation solutions across the Middle East.
