Google recently released its own AI chatbot Bard in over 180 countries, including Bahrain.
Here are the top 6 features you should be most excited about.
Get captions for your photos with image prompting
Get the perfect captions for your Instagram post, a birthday card, or your art with Image Prompting from Google Bard. Bard will allow users to use image prompts along with text prompts to provide better results. Image Prompting will be coming to Bard soon.
Create images with just a few words
Google has revealed that they will be partnering up with Adobe to provide real-time image generation similar to Midjourney. The feature will be rolled out in the coming months.
Save the work you’ve created
Unlike other AI chatbots such as ChatGPT and Bing AI, Google Bard will allow users to export the generated content while preserving the formatting. For example, if you generated an email on Bard, you can now export it into Gmail directly. This works for text documents too.
Code faster and in whatever language you want
Google Bard can now generate code in several computing languages. Bard can also provide code snippets, and help in debugging code.
Provide real-time information
Bard will be able to provide real-time information to users as it can browse the internet. ChatGPT on the other hand only has access to information published prior to September 2021.
Multitask with voice prompts
Google claims that users will be able to give prompts to Bard using their voice which could prove useful while multitasking.
Disclaimer!
Although Bard's new features are impressive, Google accepts that it can make mistakes. In a test conducted by GDN, Bard provided a list of the most Olympic medals won by an athlete. However, on comparing the data from Olympics.com, we found that Bard had mentioned the medals tally of some of the athletes inaccurately. So, we advise you to double-check the data provided by this new AI chatbot before using it.
