Cityscape Bahrain, the most anticipated regional real estate exhibition and conference in the Kingdom, will return this November, 14th - 16th 2023 at the Exhibition World Bahrain with a renewed focus, showcasing Bahrain's commitment to the rapid growth and development of its thriving real estate sector. The event is set to highlight the Kingdom's potential as a magnet for investment with a diverse variety of opportunities for local, regional and global buyers and investors.
The premier and fastest-growing real estate event, Cityscape promises its visitors a world of luxury and elegance. The industry’s top developers, brokers, real estate service providers and industry experts come together to showcase and discuss the most prominent projects in the region. Luxury residential real estate stands to be amongst the most rapidly growing segments, as an increasing number of homebuyers are setting their sights on upscale residences that exude opulence and distinction.
Concurrently, there is an emergent trend within this high-end segment: a burgeoning interest in sustainability. Affluent buyers are not just seeking grandeur but also eco-friendly features, showcasing a preference for residences that combine lavishness with environmentally-conscious elements. This intertwining of luxury and sustainability underscores a sophisticated evolution in the real estate sector, which will be the main point of focus at this year's Cityscape Bahrain Conference
The headlining theme for the conference will be ‘Sustainability & Digital Transformation in the Real Estate Sector’, and it will take place on the 15th and 16th November at the Exhibition World Bahrain. The conference aims to drive the conversation toward sustainable real estate and highlight the role of digital transformation in the progression of the sector. Moreover, it will address how the rising interest in sustainability has reached even the most luxurious levels of real estate, signaling a shift in the definition of 'luxury' to encompass environmental responsibility.
Both sustainability and digital transformation have catapulted to the forefront of global discussions in recent years, becoming core tenets for the progression of most sectors. They are also fundamental aspects of Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030. And so, it is critical for events such as Cityscape to integrate these themes and to set the stage for important discussions and conversations around them.
The Bahraini real estate market has been progressing steadily, with the most recent numbers from Q2 2023 still showing positive signs. This is, of course, primarily attributable to the government’s targeted efforts to further stimulate and strengthen the real estate sector. This comes as part of the Kingdom-wide move towards diversifying the economy and growing non-oil sectors which contributed to an incredible rise of 4.9% in Bahrain’s GDP for 2022.
Cityscape is set to return from 14th-16th November, 2023 at the Exhibition World Bahrain, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of The Kingdom of Bahrain. This year’s edition is supported by The Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Bahrain (RERA) and is Co-located with Jewellery Arabia and Scent Arabia events also organized by Informa Markets.
