A NEW season of Bahrain International Circuit’s (BIC) fan experiences flags off on Monday with the Ebrahim K Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights.
As the scorching summer temperatures begin to come down, the action and intensity at “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East” are set to rise, and race fans can make the most of BIC’s bouquet of activities.
Ebrahim K Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights is one of the many offerings at the world-renowned Sakhir track.
The popular double-header gives speed enthusiasts the opportunity to take their own cars or motorbikes and push them to their limits down the strip, or put on a display of power sliding along BIC’s vehicle dynamics area.
There is also the option for participants to enjoy both, making for twice the thrills in a single action-packed event.
Monday’s Drag and Drift Nights will take place from 6pm to 11pm. Registration can be done on site from 5pm. Both the drag and the drift can be enjoyed for a fee of BD11.
Participation in just the drag racing or just the drifting costs BD8. Those who would like to experience the drag or drift as a passenger can get into a participant’s car for an additional fee of BD4.500.
In addition to the Drag and Drift, also available on Monday night is the Dragster Experience.
